What’s happened to an order I have placed?

When you completed your order, you will have received an email with an order confirmation number. On this page you can enter your confirmation number and find out more information.

If you did not receive a confirmation email with your order, please get in contact with us.

How quickly can I expect my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of receiving an order, provided the item is not a pre-sale item. We will send you a dispatch email when the order leaves our warehouse.

Once the order has been dispatched, and is in the postal system, most domestic orders will be delivered within 4 working days. All international deliveries can be subject to customs and border delays that are out of our control. In our experience, deliveries to South American countries can take up to 1-2 months to arrive. Please leave at least 28 working days before contacting us regarding a missing international order.

When the postal service you use provides us with a tracking number, we will pass it on to you in the dispatch email. Please note that some postal services’ tracking websites are better than others! In all cases, we have no more information about your order than is presented to you on the tracking website.

Pre-sale Items

If any of your order items are pre-sale items, and have not been released yet, that will delay the rest of your order until the release date, when we will send everything at once. This is to keep postage costs down for you.

If you do want the other items in your order sooner, we advise you to make two separate orders.

What if I need to change my address or details on an order?

Please get in contact with us, stating the order confirmation number that you received via email when your order was completed.

What if I want/need to return an item I've purchased from you?

We will replace any factory-defective item purchased from our site with a fresh copy of that title. Please see your order confirmation email for returns information.

If you mail the title back to us, please be sure to pack it well; we can't be responsible for replacing items damaged by the postal service.

We are unable to grant cash refunds; if we are out of stock on the defective item, we will refund the amount on your card.
